Shrimp and Grits, and a Shop Update

Jamie and I just got back from Jekyll Island, Georgia where we vended and enjoyed the Shrimp and Grits festival. Jekyll Island has been one of our favorite places to vacation thanks to it’s gorgeous live oaks, miles of bike paths, dog friendly beaches, and incredible nature. This year was extra sweet as we were able to stay with our friend who moved to Brunswick after being displaced by Hurricane Helene last fall. Friendship, good food, and a beautiful place made for an awesome weekend, and I somehow had the energy to finish our long awaited shop update!

It was so nice to be at an outdoor market in October; the weather was perfect, and the breeze gently swayed the Spanish moss that decorated the live oak trees all around us. Lately, we’ve had a bit on anxiety around traveling outside of our more open minded Asheville area, but we were greeted with nothing but warmth and admiration for our pottery and our partnership. So thank you for a great weekend Georgia, and thanks to you for reading along and checking out our pottery online too.
